RAM Enterprise Systems is based in Buffalo, New York, where the company was founded by Todd Banach. His years of experience and reputation in the industry has enabled him and RAM to become the only acknowledged representative of the Wittmann Battenfeld group in New York state and western Pennsylvania. If your company operates outside of our service area or if you have questions about where we can deliver our products and services, contact us.
Our territory includes much of upstate New York and western Pennsylvania. Throughout these regions we provide our services by going directly to the factories and plants where the machinery will be installed. At RAM Enterprise Systems, our boots are literally on the ground to ensure that your needs are met with the best customer service.
Specifically within upstate New York RAM Enterprise Systems services Orange and Putnam counties. However, we do not service the counties of Rockfeld and Winchester. In western Pennsylvania, our territory is bordered by and does not include the counties of Tioga, Lycoming, Clinton, Mifflin, Huntington, Franklin, and Fulton.
We keep our service area within driving distance of our company headquarters in Buffalo to ensure that we can provide our customers with timely and personalized service throughout the purchasing and installation process. We are also available to provide additional services to help you upgrade your existing equipment or to create a solution specific to your needs.
