W833 UHS
The Wittman Battenfeld W833 UHS model is an ultra high speed robot designed to achieve the fastest part removal times and allows for mold open times of less than a second. The vertical axis is activated directly over a planetary gear box with a dimensioned tooth belt to constantly achieve these short removal times. This guarantees a direct transfer of forces as well as minimizing the moving masses. The machine has a vertical axis designed with an extremely torsion stable kick stroke internally reinforced with ribs to achieve high acceleration and deceleration forces of up to 65 m/s2. The vertical axis is made from an aluminum profile for the lightest weight and highest stiffness.
