SmartPower COMBIMOULD 60 – 350
The Wittmann Battenfeld COMBIMOULD 60 -350 is a multi-component technology designed to ofer a complete range of solutions to meet the increasingly stringent demands of the plastic product market on design and functionality. This design guarantees an optimal adaptation to every product through diversity in process. This design allows for the combination of several plastic materials with different attributes and/or different colors into one component in a single cycle. It does this through its integrated downstream steps, such as bonding, assembly, and screwing; and opens up new dimensions in product properties with simultaneous cost-efficiency. Based on the SmartPower series, its multi-component facet offers the right packages for all types of multi-component technology with an extensive range of optional extras and a variety of combinations.
The COMBIMOULD offers many different combinations for the injection unit, including the V-configuration, the L-configuration, and the S-configuration. The adaptive rotary unit is servo-electric, has a fast and precise rotary movements to reduce cycle time, and has a low installation height.
