Series 101
The Wittmann Battenfeld Series 101 is the essential water flow regulator for open and closed cooling circuits plastics processing machines. The Series 101 is the standard unit for plastics processing with a flow rate of 0-10 l/min per circuit with AI, PVC-cones on request.
For the Series 101, the flow volume is indicated in accordance with the float measuring principle: a cone is lifted by the water flowing in the return of the mold circuit. Mold connections with a 12-millimeter brass socket for three-eighths-inch hose come standard. Threaded connection with G three-eighths-inch brass threaded sleeve with a screwed 14-millimeter brass socket for half-inch hose, or screwed 20-millimeter brass socket for three-eighths-inch hose by request.
