From simple manufacturing of small parts to the production of injection-molded high-precision and micro parts, the MicroPower offers optimal solutions thanks to its intelligent machine concepts. This makes it possible to extend a basic machine model to a multi-functional production cell for highly complex micro parts by connecting modules. The machine frame is designed for easy cleaning and can be combined with a laminar flow unit, supplying class 6 clean air according to the ISO 14644-1 standard.
The MicroPower injection unit can be regarded as the new benchmark in micro system technology, being able to inject a thermally homogeneous melt with minimal flow paths. Its highly dynamic plunger injection process ensures that even minimum pressures can be realized in the cavity with perfect repeatablilty, while also reducing the melt cushions and the sprue to an absolute minimum.
