Central filter stations
Wittmann Battenfeld central filter stations include XS Filter and XMB Filter for VS Blower Stations and GM Central Conveying. The CS Cyclone Filter is a two-stage filtration system where, in first stage, pre-filtration takes place by means of the cyclone effect. In the second stage, microfiltration occurs by means of a polyester microfilter These are user-friendly and have effective dust blow-off.
The XMB Filter is also a two-stage filtration system. With this, in first stage pre-filtration takes place by means of the cyclone effect and in the second stage, micro-filtration occurs with a cartridge filter. The dust container can be removed during operation for emptying and the dust collection area is kept pressure-less through a shut-off valve in the discharge cone of the filter and therefore allows the use of any dust collection container like a plastic bag.
