Aton Plus
The ATON plus G30, G70 and G120 segmented wheel dryers provide the technology of Wittmann Battenfeld segmented drying wheel with energy savings, a consistent dew point and simple, touchscreen control panel. Using the net5 systems, users can set drying parameters as well as connect and administer material loaders to the system.
The ATON plus uses an innovative ambiLED control bezel uses a color-coded display to indicate operating mode and dryer status. Users can upload as many as five material data sets through a USB connection. This dryer saves energy through EcoMode, automatically adjusting the regeneration temperature when it senses a reduction in material throughput or water load and intelligence combines efficient heater design, radiant heat recovery and counter airflow regeneration in a three-save process.
