VM R 40 – 300
The Wittmann Battenfeld VM R 40 – 300 is part of the rotary table machine series available with clamping force sizes between 40 to 300 t and rotary tables ranging from 752 mm to 1,755 mm in diameter. It represents a benchmark in flexible parts production and offers first class precision, good accessibility, and can be extended with automatic concepts. As an option, the machine of the VM R series can be powered by a drive-on-demand servo motor.
The machines of the Vertical R series are designed for the flexible adjustment to any given manufacturing task, but also allows for changes between different manufacturing processes, with only short changeover times involved. The rotary table is positioned at an efficient height, with safety of the parts insertion and removal area is ensured by means of light curtains.
The VM R series also features an optional hybrid version. This allows for the hydraulic opening and closing, operation of core pulls, servo electric operation of injection unit and drive of rotary plate. The hydraulic version can also be operated by a speed-controlled servo motor. The hybrid version allows for a significant reduction of cycle time through very fast movements of the rotary plate and upmost precision of the produced parts.
