Variotherm technology BFMOLD®
The Wittmann Battenfeld Ball Filled Mold technology allows for a cooling process that allows for extremely fast and efficient heating and cooling process. The BFMOLD® process can be integrated into the mold for a wide variety of parts as well as applied to only critical areas offering a more dynamic temperature control. The process is extremely controlled, leaving no traces of joint lines or sink marks leaving a flawless reflection of the cavities polished, high gloss surface.
This process allows for higher productivity through a reduction in cycle times, minimal distortion, high mechanical stability, improvements in surface quality, and a reduction in cooling time through faster heat transmission.
