TEMPRO Plus D Series
The Wittmann Battenfeld TEMPRO plus D are a powerful series of circulating water temperature controllers, that have both single and dual zone units available. The TEMPRO plus D90 is an open system with powerful, submersible pumps without pump seals that can handle as much as 90 degrees Celsius. The TEMPRO plus D140/160/180 is a pressurized system with powerful pumps and with magnetically coupled pumps for graduated temperature ranges that can handle temperatures as high as 140, 160 and 180 degrees Celsius, respectively.
For temperatures as high as 250 degrees Celsius, the TEMPRO plus D250 is a microprocessor controlled until ± 0.5 °C accuracy using thermo-oil to achieve perfect quality and precise control. The D250 has is a magnetically coupled pump without a seal and has line evacuating for mold purge. It has a user-friendly touchscreen display, refill warning, automatic switch-off. and process pressure gauges come standard.
The TEMPRO plus D Micro is a pressurized water temperature controller with powerful pumps, direct heating, indirect or direct cooling and supply temperatures of up to 160 degrees Celsius as dual zone units and the TEMPRO plus D Vario is capable of 180 degrees Celsius for variotherm mold tempering.
