SmartPower 25 – 350
The SmartPower 25 -350 injection molding machine by Wittmann Battenfeld offers a compact servo-hydraulic machine with an intelligent energy-saving drive system. It operates in the 25 to 350 t clamping force range and offers an “”unlimited”” range in precision, efficiency, and usability. They are have an outstanding short footprint, generous molding area, and extensive options. With the modular design, the SmartPower is extremely versatile and lends itself to many special processes. The control unit UNILOG B6P offers various possibilities of process control and documentation. The machine features a very small footprint, thanks to its highly compact, and extremely rigid 3-platen design. They are highly energy-efficient due to a new space-saving and low-noise servomotor. The clamping unit features generously dimensioned clamping plates, has high rigidity and sturdiness, and offers precise platen parallelism maintained during the entire stroke. The moving platen are supported by low-maintenance linear guides and has a full hydraulic clamping system with high opening and closing speed thanks to its differential circuit. The injection unit has optimized melt hegemony thanks to a uniform L/D ratio of 22:1 and an injection pressure of 2,000 bar with medium-diameter screws. The linear guide system ensures precise axial movements of the injection input and has carriage cylinders positioned opposite each other to provide a momentum-free nozzle carriage. The compact design features an integrated hydraulic block and offers easy access to all components. It offers ultimate repeatability thanks to the optionally controlled servo-valve, and has extremely high injection rates.
