SILMAX E100 – E1200
The SILMAX E100 – E1200 series of drying hoppers are perfect for critical and abrasive applications due to its features including stainless steel components and an integrated microprocessor control. The table version is available in dryer hopper sizes between 100 and 1,200 I. These have efficiency-enhancing insulation that is 44 millimeters thick, have SmartFlow intelligent air distribution and an integrated CAN interface to allow data exchange between the dryer and central system for visualization.
For convenience, the SILMAX E100-E1200 series has a cleanout door for the hopper, integrated sight glass for visual inspection and a manual material slide gate. These battery dryers have an optional vacuum take-off adapter that is available with one or two material outlets. After the loading cycle, controlled discharge valve allows for easy system purging.
