RTLS technology
The Wittman Battenfeld RTLS technology is a unique two stage metering method that achieves the most precise dispensing for batch-to-batch consistency and accurracy. The first step free flow allows for the quick dispensing to near target weight, approx 95%, while the second step fine pulsing is controlled high frequency dispensing precisely to target weight. Only one standard high precision valve is used for pellets, regrinds, and additives. The batch-to-batch accuracy ensures that there is no overuse of high cost resins and optimizes the material consumption for the product required. Each batch is consistent and avoids using statistical averaging to achieve the required results.
