PDC-Portable Drying Conveyors
The Portable Drying Conveyors from Wittmann Battenfeld provide compact, flexible drying capabilities including the connection for two material consumers. Featuring an integrated, maintenance-free side channel vacuum blower with a three-phase motor that supplies that supplies material for processing or drying.
Using a sensor at the loader, the PDC determines the minimum material storage and, in case of material shortage, triggers immediate conveying. The integrated dry-air conveyor loads material to the molding machine via a closed-loop dry air to a receiver. Dust is separated and collected for easy cleaning and the simple interface and two-in-one control system make this a seamless drying system.
