MINOR 2
The Wittmann Battenfeld MINOR 2 is a granulator that comes in a compact package that will fit into small spaces for processors that use injection molding machines that are 110 tons and less. It is an economical choice due to its uniform regrind with fewer fines that melt more uniformly, to ensure more precise parts. The MINOR 2 decreases noise and fly back during operation using low speeds that also provides a better quality, consistent regrind.
The regrind size is 4 or 5 millimeters and the cutting chamber is 240 by 249 millimeters. There are two cutters with a throughput of 12 kg/h and a motor output of 1.1 kW. It also includes stainless steel regrind collection bin and hopper that is properly sound-dampened as well as a swivel outlet bin for 360-degree positioning of vacuum hose.
