High Flow Temperature Control Units
Our Bridle Loop Pump Skids set up a high pressure / high flow loop at each mold to provide dedicated mold cooling to improve cycle time, part quality and consistency in your molding process. Using a small amount of cold water at low pressure to the skid, we can meet individual mold cooling requirements providing mold cooling ΔT’s as low as 0.5°F while overcoming high pressure drops across individual molds. This allows your central system to operate efficiently at a high ΔT and a low supply pressure to improve system efficiency and reduce pumping costs.
