G-MAX 33
The Wittmann Battenfeld G-Max 33 granulator is very similar to the G-Max 23, but with 3 x 3 blades being the most significantly different feature between the two machines. The G-Max series was specifically created to close-loop recycle the sprues and runners discharged from injection molding machines with as much as 400 tons of clamping force.
This eco-friendly granulator uses the G-Max Series IE2 High-Efficiency motor and a remote control instead of using a traditional electrical cabinet and has an auto-shutoff feature that detects when the injection molding machine is off. The digital indicates levels, hours and detects phases. The G-Max 33 also uses a 3-meter cable to allow for the placement of an outside safety guard.
