FEEDMAX plus
The Wittmann Battenfeld FEEDMAX plus conveyor combines the advantages of a single loader with those of a central material loader. The newly designed and practical appliance has been equipped with high performance blowers so that it can reach a higher material throughput and handle material conveyance over longer distances. This conveyor is made from materials contacting components of stainless steel. It features a vacuum connection with a sealing surface, an inlet with special steel casting and proper wall thickness, and a flap lid with integrated screen. The central loaders with discharge shut-off valves offer the possibility of controlling up to 24 devices using the TEACHBOX basic touchscreen remote control, and can even be combined with the basic version.
This model offers superior wear resistance, pneumatically actuated cast stainless steel material and vacuum valves for highly abrasive feeding applications, and complete flexibility. It features a ergonomic design with easy operation and simple cleaning. Its hinged lid without valves or hose connections offers unmatched accessibility for simple cleaning and its one self-locking toggle latch is easily accessible and opens toward the operator.
