DOSIMAX Series
The DOSIMAX series of volumetric dosing systems features a cylinder to execute a flow that is both seamless and repeatable. All of the systems in the DOSIMAX series avoid pulsing during blending. The DOSIMAX MC 18 has a one-level keyboard lock and a four-digit, seven-segment LED at the front of the display. The man-machine interface is performed through a keypad foil.
The DOSIMAX MC 18 has a neckpiece with cleaning door and quick material discharge slide gate. It features a Digital revolution setting from 0 to 200 revolutions per minute within 0.1 rpm steps and a d Digital time setting from 0 to 999 seconds within 0.1-second steps. The DOSIMAX MC 18 additionally features a tachometer synchronization for extrusion applications, integrated conveying control and its automatic adjustment of rotation speed allows for constant dispensing.
