Aton Basic
The ATON basic segmented wheel dryers are energy efficient and have the advantage of keeping a consistent dew point. The ATON basic H30, H70, H120 segmented wheel dryers work by segmenting desiccant beads into multiple chambers of the rotating wheel. The desiccant beads can be easily replaced instead of buying a complete segmented wheel.
These segmented wheel dryers manage dew point using an integrated dew point sensor and display with alarm and feature an integrated return air cooling coil within the housing of the micro-particle process filter. Easily dry materials that require a higher drying temperature up to 356 degrees Fahrenheit and have a material saving function that prevents over-drying and thermal degradation of plastic resin.
